The Qualifications You Need to Succeed
  • A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role. If you don't already hold this qualification, we can guide you through the process of obtaining it.
  • A background in sales or customer service is highly valued, although full training will be provided if you're new to mortgage broking. Drive, determination, and a willingness to deliver exceptional customer experiences are essential qualities for success in this field.
  • Additionally, you'll need Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
