
Auditing and Compliance Specialist

This role is an opportunity to join our Risk and Compliance team as a Client Audit Associate Advisor on a short-term basis.
The Client Audit Associate Advisor will be responsible for planning, preparing, and responding to client audits, coordinating remediation activities as required, and working closely with the Client Audits Supervisor to develop and improve the client audit process.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and respond to client audits, ensuring all relevant information is obtained from various functions across the firm.
- Coordinate remediation activities as required, ensuring actions are completed in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the Client Audits Supervisor to develop and improve the client audit process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Communicate technical information related to information security to non-technical stakeholders, providing clear explanations and recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A demonstrated understanding of auditing principles and practices, including internal, external, second-party, and third-party auditing.
- Experience in strategic decision-making and negotiation, with the ability to work independently and make discretionary decisions.
- Strong professional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to different stakeholders.
- An advanced ability to manage large volumes of information, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Able to adapt to changing environments, processes, and technology, balancing fast-paced work with attention to detail.
