Strategic Pricing Opportunity at Stratco

We are seeking an experienced pricing analyst to join our team as a Senior Pricing Strategist. As a key member of our pricing team, you will play a critical role in developing and optimising pricing strategies that balance customer value, market competitiveness, and profitability across our retail and manufactured product portfolio.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field, coupled with the ability to analyse large datasets and translate findings into actionable pricing recommendations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Merchandising, Marketing and Finance, using data-driven insights to guide pricing decisions that support our strategic and commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that drive business growth and profitability
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to inform pricing decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved pricing structures and negotiate agreements with suppliers
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
