Senior Clinical Operations Manager

About the Role
The Royal Women's Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our hospital beyond business hours.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating clinical hospital activities and ensuring the effective use of resources
- Managing escalated client issues or complaints
- Ensuring midwives and other staff are rostered as required and adhere to hospital policies and procedures
- Ensuring operational performance meets accreditation and statutory requirements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Registration with AHPRA – Division 1 RN with endorsement as a Midwife
- Significant hospital-based experience at a senior level and current clinical knowledge, skills and experience
- Appropriate further qualifications in management or similar
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with a customer focus
- Understanding and commitment to the Baby Friendly Hospital initiative accreditation
