About the Role

This ongoing position within the Specialist Clinics Access team is responsible for ensuring all referrals move through the referral receipting and triaging processes efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Knowledge of administrative processes in the management of incoming referrals.
  • Knowledge of Specialist clinics processes.
  • Skills in the use of multiple IT systems, including our Electronic Medical Record.
What You'll Achieve

As a key member of the Specialist Clinics Access team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our referral processes. Your skills and experience will enable you to troubleshoot and resolve issues, work effectively in a team, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

About The Department

Specialist Clinics operates the outpatient service for all medical and surgical departments of the hospital, seeing over 1200 patients per day. We are one of the busiest outpatient services in Victoria.
