Stock Management Position

This role involves overseeing stock orders, receiving and distributing items to meet operational demands.

The Ideal Candidate

We seek a skilled Store Person with experience in coal mining operations who can efficiently manage stock movements and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading trucks, ensuring timely receipt of goods
  • Monitoring diesel fuel stocks on site to prevent shortages
  • Maintaining up-to-date documentation, manifests, and stock registers for seamless operations
  • Efficiently distributing store items as required to support production goals
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working as a Store Person in an open-cut coal mine environment
  • Holding a current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical certification or willingness to obtain
  • Competency in operating heavy equipment and machinery, including fork lifts and high-risk work licence
  • Able to operate a light vehicle and hold a valid QLD HR Drivers Licence
