Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery: Drive project completion on time, within budget, and to industry standards.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Assist with creating project schedules while coordinating tasks and resources for smooth execution.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor deliverables to ensure quality standards are met and industry specifications are adhered to.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation, including schedules, status reports, and budget reports.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to keep projects on track.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Foster clear communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders to manage expectations and capture feedback.
  • Problem Solving: Tackle project-related issues swiftly to minimize delays, budget concerns, or quality issues.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the retail industry and construction timelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and understanding of architectural drawings.
  • The ability to travel locally and interstate for new store openings.
  • Technical building operations knowledge, including legislative and management expertise.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and interpretation of technical data.
