Real Estate Investment Associate

Gough Recruitment AU is seeking a talented Associate to join their dynamic real estate team. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to both investment and asset management functions, driving growth and success in the Australian and New Zealand real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:- Deal Evaluation and Screening: Conduct market research, financial analysis, and investment feasibility assessments to identify potential deals and provide recommendations to senior team members.
- Deal Management: Assist in managing the deal process from preparation to closing, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Asset Management: Play a significant role in asset management, working with JV partners and service providers to develop strategic asset plans and budgets.
- Performance Monitoring: Actively monitor asset performance, reviewing performance against budgets and benchmarks, and recommending proactive solutions.
- Business Development: Assist senior team members in business development and relationship management efforts.
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in investment and/or asset management, with exposure to the Australian property market considered an advantage.
- Strong critical thinking, business acumen, and collaborative mindset.
- Action-oriented with intellectual curiosity and a good sense of urgency.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage operational processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
