Job Opportunity
">We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Assistant in Nursing, providing high-quality care to patients in an acute care setting.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Deliver exceptional patient care, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to relevant guidelines and policies.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks, prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.
- Work collaboratively on rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
">- Completion of Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (Descriptor Assisting in Nursing Work in Acute Care).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant experience as an Assistant in Nursing in an acute care environment.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
