About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Acute Medical Unit with cardiac telemetry and Medical Assessment Unit (MAU). This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced ward, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a focus on delivering evidence-based practice and improving patient outcomes. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- To provide quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- To collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and achieve positive patient outcomes.
- To participate in ongoing staff development and leadership initiatives to improve patient care and hospital operations.
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent degree.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in an acute hospital setting.
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
