Dental Clinic Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Clinic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental clinic in Strathpine.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years management experience gained from working within the dental field, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to multitask and pick up new systems quickly.

Key responsibilities include monitoring all practice activities, working with the marketing team, and ensuring compliance with health and safety and clinical governance standards.

A successful candidate will ensure smooth and efficient running of the clinic, assist with overall financial performance, and provide direction and leadership to the team.

The role requires a results-oriented individual with a creative and proactive approach who can work cross-functionally and build relationships with professionals and practitioners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years management experience in the dental field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
