A career opportunity exists for an experienced Architectural Projects Support to join A.I.R Recruitment. In this role, you will learn all aspects of the Architectural Projects Office and support the tendering process, scheduling, purchasing, warehousing, and customer service.

The Role:

  • Administration and Customer Service: Provide support to the department, including responding to inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
  • Warehousing Duties: Receive goods, pick/pack, perform stocktakes, and arrange freight/deliveries.
  • Supporting the Team: Assist with incoming orders, service calls, preparation of quotes, and scheduling needs.
  • Procurement and Inventory: Assist with raising purchase orders and invoices, as well as inventory management.

  • A candidate with an interest in the building and construction industry.
  • An individual within the building industry looking for a change or seeking office experience.
  • A strong desire to succeed in your career and take pride in your work.
  • A willingness to take on responsibility and accountability within your position.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage your time effectively.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to follow process and procedure, as well as use computer software, including Microsoft.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • A current driver's license.
