About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architecture Project Manager to join our team at Ivory Group on a 6-month contract. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with other project managers and liaise with various teams, including civil/structural engineering, planning, and construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the design of significant Council's projects
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare tender documentation and specification
  • Monitor key programs, budget, scope, and quality parameters
Requirements
  • Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Engineering, Building, Project Management, or related
  • Class C Driver's License
  • Excellent design management experience or extensive consultant management experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Lumion
