About the Company

Ivory Group is a leading organization in the industry, seeking a highly skilled Architect Project Manager to join their team on a 6-month contract.

About the Position

In this role, you will be responsible for managing Council's Infrastructure Program, ensuring designs comply with Council policies and practices. You will play a key role in managing State Significant projects valued at up to $6 million, managing external design consultants, overseeing procurement, and maintaining effective record keeping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the design of significant Council's projects
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare tender documentation and specification
  • Monitor key programs, budget, scope, and quality parameters
Requirements
  • Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Engineering, Building, Project Management, or related
  • Class C Driver's License
  • Excellent design management experience or extensive consultant management experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Lumion
