As a Human Resources Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients across various industries. Your role will involve collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand their objectives and provide strategic HR guidance to drive organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Key responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to understand their needs and develop effective HR strategies, advising and coaching managers on performance management, talent development, and career progression initiatives, and providing guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- You will also collaborate with the business to design and implement programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction, as well as analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes and programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, Australian employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand business objectives and translate them into effective HR strategies and actions.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR data and metrics to drive insights and inform decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
