About the Role

  • As a Commercial Lending Executive, you will be responsible for originating a range of solutions for businesses, including commercial lending up to $1M, asset finance, merchant facilities, and everyday banking solutions.
  • You will proactively engage customers to support their business and personal goals, building awareness of the CBA business banking proposition and hosting small business education events to support ongoing financial wellbeing.
  • You will also regularly attend key stakeholder meetings to build awareness of Small Business service offerings and proactively work together to build referral partnerships.

What We're Looking For

  • An experienced commercial lender or B2B sales professional with sound financial analysis skills and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent customer engagement skills, both face-to-face and non-face-to-face, with the ability to facilitate conversations to understand customer needs and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
  • FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation and Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 2 or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and other benefits. This salary estimate is based on industry standards for a commercial lending executive in Sydney, considering factors such as location, job description, and required skills and qualifications.
