You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in administration and real estate, working closely with our experienced Director and Sales Team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing organised and detail-driven support to the Director and Sales Team
  • Coordinating listings, sales, and settlements to ensure seamless transactions
  • Liaising confidently with buyers, sellers, settlement agents, and internal staff
  • Supporting the Reception team and other administrators when required
  • Assisting with team events, staff meetings, and general office operations
  • Handling a variety of administrative tasks, from note-taking to scanning, filing, and more
