Programs Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Programs Coordinator to join our community. This role will involve developing and providing programs that promote the overall health and wellness of residents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing Health and Wellness lifestyle programs
  • Enhancing residents' sense of independence, social engagement, mobility, and creativity
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents and their families
  • Creating programs that cater to the cultural needs and individual preferences of residents

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about promoting the well-being of others. If you have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Health and Leisure Services and previous experience in developing and delivering lifestyle programs, we would like to hear from you.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Health and Leisure Services
  • Previous experience in developing and delivering lifestyle programs
  • Working rights within Australia
  • National Police Check
  • Current Influenza Statement
  • Minimum three doses of COVID-19 Vaccination
  • Current First Aid Certificate
