Experience Director of Lifestyle Programs

We are seeking a compassionate and supportive Experience Director to create and ensure lifestyle programs that meet the evolving needs of our residents.

Bolton Clarke Willowdale is a state-of-the-art Residential Aged Care home located in Sydney's Southwest. The home offers 136 bedrooms with a variety of accommodation options for residents.

The experience team at Bolton Clarke Willowdale are looking for 2 Experience Directors to join their newly created team. As an Experience Director, you will be responsible for designing and delivering group and individual recreational activities according to resident preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and evaluate lifestyle programs that cater to diverse resident interests
  • Collaborate with the lifestyle coordinator to coordinate activities and therapies
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, legal demands and ethical standards
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and therapies as per Aged Care legislation requirements
  • Enhance community engagement opportunities for residents

About You:

  • Certificate 3 or 4 in Leisure & Lifestyle/Divisional Therapy (desired but not essential)
  • Any other relevant qualification from a recognized trade organization (desired but not essential)
  • Proven experience in an Aged Care environment
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly motivated and able to take initiative
  • Excellent communication style, able to communicate effectively with people of all levels
