The Role:

We are seeking an Early Careers Consultant to join our National People and Development team. As a key player in shaping the future of our legal workforce, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process of our clerks and graduates. This will involve overseeing the smooth running of our summer & winter clerkship intakes and graduate programs, working alongside our People consultants in leading the graduate rotations, and evaluation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging workshops and training sessions on topics such as resume building, interview techniques, and career development.
  • Organise events, workshops, and networking opportunities to promote our firm as an employer of choice.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, law societies, and associations.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to our graduates and Partners, helping them navigate any challenges.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop innovative programs to meet the evolving needs of our firm.

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, empathetic, and driven by a genuine desire to help others succeed. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR, recruitment, or a related field, and the ability to inspire and motivate others. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are also essential.
