Job Description

As a seasoned printer specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients in QLD. Your primary role will involve driving to customers' production sites to install and maintain printers, providing training to operators, and troubleshooting technical issues.

You will work closely with other technicians to ensure seamless execution of tasks and provide on-site support for company products. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of customer issues in a call tracking database and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical support experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Educational background in mechanical or electrical engineering
