Field Service Professional

A Field Service Technician with a focus on production printer specialists is required to provide expert technical support and service to clients in the production printing industry.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit client sites to diagnose and repair or maintain production printers
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
  • Provide training and support to clients on the proper use and maintenance of their equipment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience as a Field Service Technician in the production printing industry
  • Strong knowledge of production printing equipment and technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
