About You:

  • Prior Employment Services experience highly regarded but not essential
  • Strong customer service and sales experience
  • Reverse marketing, sales, or cold calling experience
  • Demonstrated ability working towards targets and KPIs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution
  • Strong administration and computer skills - ability to learn technical systems
  • Excellent time management skills
