Career Development Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Career Development Analyst. As a key member of our workforce planning function, you will be responsible for developing and delivering business improvements, supporting informed people and position planning, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement data-driven workforce planning strategies to optimize business performance
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform operational decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs that enhance workforce capabilities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recognized bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders
- A willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
