Job Opportunity: Workforce Development Officer

The position of Workforce Development Officer is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and skilled professional to contribute to the development of our workforce.

You will be responsible for:

  • \
  • Providing authoritative advice on Allied Health transformation initiatives\
  • Leading the delivery of Health Practitioner evaluations for new and existing Allied Health positions\
  • Managing and delivering face-to-face and online training and education programs\
  • Developing complex executive briefs, submissions, presentations, and information papers\

About You

\

To be successful in this position, you will require:

\
  • \
  • Possession of a tertiary degree from an Allied Health board from a recognized institution\
  • AHPRA Registration (if applicable)\
  • Evidence of vaccination against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, and Pertussis\
  • Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required\
  • Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed\
  • Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees\
