The Role

Belgravia Leisure is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Teacher to join our team at Victoria Health Club.

As a Swim Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering swimming lessons to a diverse range of ages and abilities. To be successful in this role, you will need to be an effective communicator with a strong attention to detail.

You will possess excellent time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision. Relevant industry qualifications are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to a wide range of ages and abilities
  • Develop and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of swimming programs

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate
  • Working with Vulnerable People and National Police Check
  • Current Swim Teaching Certificate
