Job Title: Swim Teachers

We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified individuals to join our team as Swim Teachers at Victoria Health Club in St. Kilda. As a Swim Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering effective swimming and water safety lessons to our members, promoting a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality swimming and water safety lessons to members of all ages and abilities
  • Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons, adhering to OHS and public safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive experience
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Current Swim Teacher Certificate
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
