Key Role in Shaping Technical Direction

As a key member of our technical team, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our platform. You will influence architectural decisions, drive adoption of AI across the product suite, and mentor engineers to elevate the overall technical bar.

You will work across the stack, from front-end experiences to distributed back-end systems, embedding AI capabilities that make our support more intelligent, proactive, and personalised. As a key engineer, you will act as a technical thought partner to product and leadership teams, ensuring our technology strategy aligns with our global mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical initiatives and drive high-impact projects across multiple teams and products.
  • Design and architect complex, distributed systems that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments.
  • Develop and deploy applications that leverage LLMs, including proficiency with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies that align with business and product goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a senior engineer or in a similar leadership position.
  • Expertise in full-stack development, including modern front-end frameworks and strong back-end languages.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-based applications, including proficiency with LangChain and emerging standards like the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
  • Deep understanding of cloud platforms and DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code.
