Senior Project Manager

Join BGIS as a Senior Project Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership, customer advocacy, and a commitment to compliance with OHS & E policies and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver projects within specified time, quality, and budget.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through service excellence.
  • Lead and manage employees and subcontractors with clear communication.
  • Guarantee compliance with contracts and BGIS business systems.
  • Maintain full adherence to OHS & E policies by all stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Essential:
    • Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and MS Project.
    • Certificate IV in OHS or substantial project management experience.
    • General Induction for Construction Industry card.
    • Graduate Diploma in Project Management or relevant trade certificate/bachelor's degree (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, etc.).
  • Desirable:
    • Experience in property, facilities, and project management models.
    • Membership in AIPM/AIA/IEAust/AIQS.
    • Post-graduate qualifications in Building Systems, Project Management, or Engineering.
    • NABERS/Green Star accreditation.
