Job Responsibilities:

The Senior Network Architect is responsible for handling various support tickets, attending regular visits for high-value managed service and prepaid support engagements. Delivering project engineering services (both design and implementation) and being responsible for their IT needs end-to-end, the Senior Network Architect role is pivotal in the daily operations of our clients' services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide services across multiple vendors and vertical technologies delivering excellence in Windows and/or Apple-focused technology services.
  • Manage endpoint software installation and licensing, and end-user device setup and transfer.
  • Provide general application support, advanced troubleshooting of network connectivity issues, user account creations and deletions, create file sharing connections.
  • Documenting time and technical information into our ticketing systems and client information tools.

Requirements:

We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Network Architect who has a strong background in networking and security. The ideal candidate will have:

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Senior Network Architect or similar role - MSP experience is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in the networking and security space - particularly in Juniper, Aruba, and Fortinet technologies.
  • Experience with firewall and security implementation, as well as the Microsoft Azure Stack and VMware ESXi.
  • Solid knowledge of VLANs, routing, servers, and storage.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
