Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, communicating with patients via phone and in person
  • Manage doctors' appointment books accurately and efficiently
  • Offer precise administrative assistance to doctors and nurses
  • Process patient payments and handle Medicare billing transactions
  • Collaborate closely with the Practice Manager to enhance operational efficiency and implement process improvements
