Design Learning Content for Future Submarine Workforce
">The SSN AUKUS Build Program seeks a skilled professional to design and develop learning content aligned to stream-specific frameworks and outcomes.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop learning content aligned to stream-specific frameworks and outcomes
- Collaborate with education/training providers, subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders to ensure curriculum alignment
- Design blended learning assets, including eLearning modules, assessments, and job aids
- Monitor learner engagement and implement feedback-driven improvements
- Support onboarding, mentoring, and learner support initiatives across all streams
Requirements:
">- Proven experience in instructional design or curriculum development within vocational, tertiary, or technical environments
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, competency-based training, and workplace-integrated learning
- Ability to translate complex concepts into accessible, engaging content
- Experience with VET, Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF), or higher education standards
- Familiarity with STEM, engineering, safety, compliance, or workforce transition programs
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. You must be eligible for this role, dependent on obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
