Room Leader Opportunity

This is a permanent full-time position at our early learning service, where you will lead a room of up to 12 children in their care.

Our service provides a warm and family-orientated environment that promotes child development in a fun and educational manner, helping to prepare children for further schooling years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of educators to provide high-quality care and education to children.
  • Develop and implement programs that meet the needs of children and support their learning and development.
  • Ensure the health and safety of children and staff by maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Selection Criteria:
  • Diploma or above qualification as approved by ACECQA.
  • Minimum 24 months of experience in an early childhood setting (preferred) ideally with leadership experience.
  • Current approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
