Cloud Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will provide operational support and technical leadership for our client, ensuring compliance with relevant security standards and maintaining the reliability, performance, and security of their environments.
- Maintain cloud infrastructure in line with security standards, applying necessary security controls and risk management processes.
- Lead incident response for client environments, escalating as needed and ensuring compliance with local data access restrictions.
- Deploy and maintain infrastructure changes using version control, ensuring timely updates and stable system performance.
- Monitor system metrics and proactively manage scaling of cloud services to maintain optimal performance.
- Provide direct operational support to client personnel, troubleshoot infrastructure and integration issues, and ensure smooth system configuration.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience with cloud services, particularly AKS and AzureSQL, and a demonstrated understanding of security compliance and related data access requirements.
They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and collaboration skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
