Cloud Operations Leader

The role of the Cloud Operations Leader is to oversee and ensure seamless cloud operations. This includes managing servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that customers rely on.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and maintain critical infrastructure through rigorous Change Management processes to ensure high-quality operations without customer impact.
  • Manage teams of engineering professionals in all facets of their career.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects from conception to completion, collaborating with various support teams across the organization.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure Service Level Agreement compliance while managing operations effectively.
  • Routinely operate as the after-hours on-call leader for cloud operations.
  • Promote a culture of operational excellence through preventive maintenance, risk management, and process improvement initiatives.

This role requires strong communication skills, proven expertise in troubleshooting complex technical issues, and the ability to optimize operational costs while maintaining exceptional reliability standards.
