We are seeking an experienced Lead Finance Professional to lead a portfolio of clients.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled finance leader to oversee a large client portfolio with a CFO mindset. As a trusted finance partner, you will deliver high-quality reporting, compliance, and strategic insights that drive real impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee a large client portfolio with a CFO mindset
- Deliver monthly management reports, dashboards, and analysis
- Review compliance work including BAS, financial statements, and tax returns
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Identify process improvements and value-add opportunities
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- CA/CPA qualification with 6+ years in business services or management accounting
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and reporting frameworks
- Advanced skills in Xero, Excel, and related platforms
- Proven leadership and client relationship management skills
- Ability to simplify complex issues and deliver clear, actionable advice
