About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and passionate leader to join our senior leadership team as an Area Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our multi-site operations across the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a high-performing region, delivering strong results while fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement. You will have full P&L responsibility and oversight of sales, operations, safety, and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full P&L and EBIT ownership: You will be accountable for driving financial performance and ensuring the profitability of our multi-site operation.
  • Strategic sales leadership: You will lead our sales strategy, develop market relationships, and drive business growth.
  • Safety champion: You will ensure outstanding safety outcomes and promote a culture of safety within our organization.
  • Team leadership: You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.

You're a strategic, people-first leader with a passion for delivering results. You're commercially astute, hands-on when needed, and thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience: A proven track record in a senior operations or leadership role, preferably in the building and construction industry.
  • Sales capability: Strong sales skills and a track record of building effective market relationships.
  • Financial management: Experience in managing P&L and delivering strong financial performance.
  • Safety leadership: A commitment to exceptional safety leadership and a proven track record of promoting a safety-first culture.
