Mortgage Risk Governance Specialist

This is a key leadership position in the management of Mortgages risk governance processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end management of key risk committees and sub-forums, as well as facilitating the reporting of key risk insights and tracking actions where indicators and measures have exceeded thresholds.
The role will play a leading part in implementing and managing risk management and monitoring obligations in the Mortgages line of business, ensuring consistent implementation and embedding of risk management framework, policies and controls.
The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of operational risk or compliance advisory experience, with a strong understanding of risk frameworks and demonstrable secretariat experience.
The role requires excellent written and oral communication skills, exceptional planning and organisational abilities, and a strong focus on outcomes.
