About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team at Insite Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in procurement, with experience in stores and warehousing. Knowledge of electrical products and industry is highly desirable. You will be required to possess excellent organisational and time management skills, as well as strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

You will be working closely with our clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs. If you are a proactive and positive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and clients
  • Coordinate and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Provide solutions to clients' procurement needs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in procurement, with experience in stores and warehousing
  • Knowledge of electrical products and industry
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive and positive attitude
