Job Details

We are currently seeking an Assistant Procurement Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement processes, developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procure goods and services in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
  • Manage procurement budgets and ensure compliance with company financial policies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize procurement needs
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a procurement or supply chain role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
