Key Account Manager Position

We have a vacancy for an experienced Account Manager to join our business in Whyalla.

Job Description:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing rental solutions and customer service for accounts within assigned territories or portfolios. Your key objectives include:

  • Identifying and converting new sales opportunities
  • Coordinating with operations and other members of the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Managing and growing the existing customer base
  • Preparing quotations, tenders, and fixed-term agreements
  • Maintaining accurate client data in CRM systems

Our ideal candidate possesses experience in territory sales in hire/rental/capital equipment or related industries, along with proven ability to attract and retain new business. They should also have strong customer and safety focus, as well as exceptional relationship-building skills.
