This is an opportunity to take ownership of a critical branch operation while enjoying the stability and values of a business.
The position involves leading the day-to-day operations of a key branch, with a focus on driving efficiency, process improvements, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations across workshop, warehouse, sales, logistics, and purchasing
- Drive efficiency and process improvements
- Oversee budgets, expenditure, and quality assurance standards
- Foster a positive, safe, and high-performing work culture
- Build strong relationships with staff, customers, suppliers, and management
- Ensure compliance with policies, legislation, and industry standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar leadership role
- Experience within mining, heavy industry, and mobile machinery is advantageous
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Advanced organisational and problem-solving ability
- Confidence in driving change and making data-driven decisions
- Qualifications in Business, Management, or related field (desirable)
