Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practitioner to join our team as a Team Leader in Positive Behaviour Support. As a key member of the leadership team, you will provide guidance and support to Behaviour Support Practitioners, helping them deliver high-quality services aligned with industry standards.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing coaching and support to Behaviour Support Practitioners to ensure consistency in practice and clear communication of priorities. You will also collaborate with Business Partners and Head of Operations to drive participant outcomes and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide coaching and support to Behaviour Support Practitioners to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality services.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Business Partners and Head of Operations to drive participant outcomes and service excellence.
  • Travel and Service Delivery: Travel across regions as required to support service delivery and contribute to the operational management of our teams.
Requirements
  • Suitability: Current suitability at the Proficient or Advanced level as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience providing support to people with behaviours of concern, including clinical supervision and leadership.
  • Clinical Skills: Substantial experience in the provision of positive behaviour supports and ability to demonstrate up-to-date evidence-based clinical skills.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills.
