About the Role

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to join our leadership team and provide guidance and support to Behaviour Support Practitioners.

In this role, you'll be responsible for operational management, ensuring consistency in practice, clear communication of priorities, and a strong focus on participant outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision and support to Behaviour Support Practitioners.
  • Manage and support high-performing teams to deliver high-quality services aligned with industry standards.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a leadership environment.
  • Support the BSP team operationally and clinically to achieve role requirements.

  • Extensive experience working with and supporting clients across various settings.
  • Experience with clinical supervision and willingness to work across regions and potential travel on a regular basis.
  • Strong operational skills with demonstrated experience in managing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work at a high professional standard in a collaborative manner.
