Administrative Support Role

This position requires a highly organized and proactive individual to provide administrative support to the Nursing Director - Acute Medicine.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive-level support, enabling the Nursing Director to focus on strategic priorities while ensuring safe, high-quality care to the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct administrative support to the Nursing Director - Acute Medicine, including preparation of confidential documents and correspondence.
  • Assist with development and maintenance of effective communication systems, ensuring timely flow of information.
  • Coordinate and assist in the production of complex documentation; undertake research for briefing documents; prepare background notes and information relating to the department's activities.
  • Schedule meetings, videoconferences, and appointments; prepare agenda papers and take minutes/notetaking as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Desirable: Qualifications recognised at Certificate III or IV in Administration and/or Business, or equivalent.
