Network Security Leadership Position

Job Overview:
- This position involves overseeing and maintaining network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and fabric switches.
- Troubleshooting network issues and outages, assessing LAN and WAN performance, configuring load balancers (F5, NetScaler, Citrix) for traffic optimization and high availability.
- Monitoring and managing firewalls using FMC (Firepower Management Console) and Splunk to detect and mitigate threats, ensuring optimal wireless network performance and user connectivity.
- Maintaining backup solutions, ensuring compliance with security policies and industry standards, utilizing SolarWinds, PRTG, Cisco Prime/DNA Centre, and Cisco Licensing Manager for proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Leading a team of Security and Network engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Network Infrastructure: Load Balancers, Fabric Switches, Routers, Layer 2/3 Switches.
- Backup & Recovery Expertise: Veeam, Windows Backup, Veritas.
- Security & Compliance Experience: Firewall management, Splunk for threat analysis.
- Proficiency in Routing Protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP.
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills, on-call support rotation as required.
