Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our network security initiatives. As a Network Security Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of complex network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Infrastructure Management: Ensure seamless connectivity and troubleshoot network problems with strong understanding of routing & switching technologies including MPLS, IPsec, VPN, BGP, and OSPF;
  • Firewall Management: Monitor and manage firewalls using FMC (Firepower Management Console) and Splunk and other SIEM tools to detect and mitigate threats;
  • Load Balancing: Work with F5, NetScaler, and Citrix load balancers for traffic optimization and high availability;
  • Wireless Network Management: Maintain WAPs and wireless controllers for optimal performance and user connectivity;
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Use SolarWinds, PRTG, Cisco Prime/DNA Centre, and Cisco Licensing Manager for proactive monitoring and troubleshooting;
  • Backup Solutions: Manage and maintain backup solutions;
  • Incident Management: Use ServiceNow, SCCM, and Intune for incident management, configuration tracking, and policy enforcement;
  • Network Health Analysis: Analyze network health, conduct root-cause analysis, and recommend improvements;
  • Scalability Planning: Assess network usage trends, plan scalability, and implement enhancements;
  • Security Policies: Ensure adherence to security policies, industry standards, and maintain detailed network documentation;
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of Security and Network engineers, providing guidance and mentorship;

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco ACI and a strong understanding of network security principles.
