Salary

Salary Range: 108,571 - 119,893 (Annual Gross). Please note: the above salary range is indicative and may be subject to suitable enhancements based on internal company processes.

Key Responsibilities

• 8+ years of experience with LAN/WAN technologies and related networks.
• Network Infrastructure Management: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and fabric switches to ensure seamless connectivity; troubleshoot network problems and outages; strong understanding of routing & switching technologies including MPLS, IPsec, VPN, BGP, and OSPF.
• Working Hours: 8am – 5pm ACST with on-call 24x7.
• Troubleshoot and resolve various network problems and evaluate LAN and WAN.
• Load Balancer Administration: Work with F5, NetScaler, and Citrix load balancers for traffic optimization and high availability.
• Firewall & Security Operations: Monitor and manage firewalls using FMC (Firepower Management Console) and Splunk and other SIEM tools to detect and mitigate threats.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI.
• Wireless Network Management: Maintain WAPs and wireless controllers for optimal performance and user connectivity.
• Infra & Network Monitoring: Use SolarWinds, PRTG, Cisco Prime/DNA Centre, and Cisco Licensing Manager for proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Manage and maintain backup solutions.
• Service Management & Compliance: Use ServiceNow, SCCM, and Intune for incident management, configuration tracking, and policy enforcement.
• Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting: Analyze network health, conduct root-cause analysis, and recommend improvements.
• Capacity Planning & Upgrades: Assess network usage trends, plan scalability, and implement enhancements.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure adherence to security policies, industry standards, and maintain detailed network documentation.
• Team Leadership & Training: Lead a team of Security and Network engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.

Preferred Certifications

• CCNA/CCNP
• F5 Certified Administrator

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Expertise in Network Infrastructure: Load Balancers (F5, NetScaler, Citrix), Fabric Switches, Routers, Layer 2/3 Switches
• Backup & Recovery Experience: Veeam, Windows Backup, Veritas
• Security & Compliance: Firewall management, Splunk for threat analysis
• Knowledge of Routing Protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Collaboration with Security & Infrastructure Teams
• On-call Support Rotation (if required)
