Responsibilities

  • Drive standardization and scalability of operational processes to enhance service levels and reduce costs.
  • Identify process backlog and assign clear ownership to eliminate overdue tasks as per SLA or internal performance indicators.
  • Create and maintain product backlogs and help the product owner define and prioritize development needs through user stories.
  • Manage customer relationships and support operations-related initiatives.
  • Support business and performance reviews with customers, along with implementation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support business requirements.
  • Ensure SOPs, WIs, and templates are up-to-date and accessible by stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in freight forwarding, sea logistics, or transportation operations.
  • Strong knowledge of import/export processes, international trade regulations, and security protocols.
  • Proven ability to manage operational performance for strategic key accounts.
  • Skilled in KPI analysis, performance reporting, and driving corrective actions.
  • Experience in customer relationship management, including onboarding and implementation.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration between sales, operations, and global account teams.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, CRM platforms, and structured documentation practices.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
