About the Position

We're seeking a highly organized and communicative individual with experience in practice management software to join our team in Sydney. As a Clinic Administrator, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a tangible impact every day.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for families reaching out to our service
  2. Effectively manage appointments for our team of therapists (in-clinic and mobile)
  3. Maintain accurate client records and uphold privacy standards
  4. Build strong relationships with clients and families
  5. Handle accounts receivable and NDIS claims
  6. Support therapists with administrative tasks related to therapy
  7. Perform general typing, data entry, and computer work
What We're Looking For
  • Experience with practice management software is essential
  • Knowledge of NDIS administrative requirements or similar funding packages
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
